SMOKE DAMAGE RESTORATION
& ODOR REMOVAL

Not every damage can be seen immediately.

Whenever you have an electrical fire, kitchen grease fire, or another fire happening in your building, smoke is one of the major contributors to create damage. Even if the fire is quite small, localized and put out quickly, you could still have extensive smoke damage throughout the property. You do not want to let smoke and related odors linger too long because they will soak into furniture, carpets, and into the walls. The longer you leave smoke damage, the harder it is going to be to do the repair work.

Of all the mitigation and restoration companies I met with the day after our fire, Dry Kings was by far the best choice and here’s why: they were not pushy like all of the other sales companies, they remained calm and helped walk me through every step of the crisis, they were personable, knowledgeable and knew how to work with insurance companies, flexible, they were kind and fun to work with. I wish there were more people like them in this business. I truly respect Matthew and all of his team members.

I can't recommend Matt and his team enough. I had a shower valve burst which then flooded my apartment and leaked through to the two units below me. I had multiple inspectors come to the house after we cleaned the water up, and Matt and his team were by far the most thorough and the only one that would take care of getting our house back to the way it was fully, meaning both the dryout and the contracting/repair!! It makes it so much easier to have someone who can coordinate both phases of the work. Everything that he said would happen did. He managed the whole process seamlessly with our insurance company, ensuring that everything + more was covered. He's extremely flexible and fair, and so easy to coordinate with him throughout the process. Thanks Dry Kings for everything!

I highly recommend Dry King's for water or fire damage in your home or business. Not only are they confident experts in the field of home disasters they also care about their clients on a personal level.
Sergio and Matthew walk you through what to expect from the Insurance Companies as well. They know what needs to be done, and how to document and communicate that back to your adjuster. I wouldn't call anyone else in the Bay Area if I had another water loss at my house.

We had some water leaking into our carpet downstairs from the neighbors water heater and I called Matthew from dry Kings and they were very responsive and helpful and Matthew got back to me right away and helped answer all of my questions and was able to put my mind at ease. They came out to assess the situation and gave us very good advice and we were able to use them to get our water situation resolved! I would highly recommend the folks at dry Kings restoration! If you have any issues with water or fire damage or are in need of any of the services they provide I would give them a call!
