We recognize that with the constantly changing COVID-19 situation around the world, this is an unprecedented time for everyone — a time that, for many, is filled with uncertainty. Our hearts and thoughts go out to each and every one of you.
I want you to know you have our commitment to continue providing you with the services you depend on. At Dry Kings Restoration the health and safety of the communities we serve in are our top priority. We will keep our doors open as long as it is safe for both our customers and our employees, so we can help those in an emergency building damage situation.
Marin, as well as other surrounding counties, issued a "stay in shelter" order due to the health emergency of COVID-19. Since our "services [are] necessary for maintaining the safety, sanitation and essential operation of a residence" under the new order, we will stay available for Marin and San Francisco residents. You are not alone, if you experience an emergency water or fire damage!
We urge all of our employees to take precautionary measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19, like washing hands frequently; avoid touching their eyes, nose, and mouth with unwashed hands; use hand disinfectant and put distance between themselves and other people. We also advise our employees to wear glove and face masks at their discretion for everybody’s safety, especially for elderly or those with vulnerable health conditions. Please notify Dry Kings prior to our arrival if you consider yourself at high-risk. If you or anybody within your building feel sick, we ask you to inform us. In that case we won’t be able to perform any work, for the sake of our employees safety and well being, as well as to actively prevent the spread of COVID-19.
Please do not hesitate to reach out if you have any questions.
Stay Safe & Healthy! We are all in this together.
